Blond Studio Multi Techni Powder by L'Oréal Professionnel Paris is a bleaching powder to obtain highlights or a golden balayage effect. It delivers up to 8 levels of lightening. Perfect for balayage and freehand techniques.

Application:
Use the powder only with the Creme Developer 20 (6%), 30 (9%) or 40 (12%) vol (maximum). Please refer to the instructions for use.

Mixing ratio:

1:1 for use away from the scalp (with 20, 30 or 40 vol.)
1:5 to 1:2 for a closed application (with 20 or 30 vol.)
1:3 for use on the scalp (with 20 or 30 vol.)
