The NEURO™ Rinse HeatCTRL® Conditioner by Paul Mitchell has a rich formula that regenerates heat-damaged hair and provides protection against further heat damage. This moisturising formula shields the cuticle and reduces friction. HeatCTRL® technology reduces the rate of heat transfer from roots to ends when using thermal styling tools. Bonus: Adds suppleness and makes hair easier to style.
Application:
