La Riche Directions Neon Blue Directions semi-permanent direct dye adds brilliantly blue shades with purple reflections to blonde hair. The neon blue dye fades after about 4 weeks. The creamy texture is easy to apply. Vegan ingredients nourish the hair and the use of an oxidising emulsion is not required.
