Description

The PERM EnergyWave 1 by KIS is a permanent liquid that enhances vitality and luminosity for a natural-looking finish. The ready-to-use perm lotion improves hair manageability whilst boosting shine and softness.

Application:

Wet the roller and begin to apply the product from the root.
The more rollers are used, the more frequently the hair needs to be moistened.
Work the product onto the hair slowly and accurately.
